Slaven Gajovic is a seasoned property developer, investor, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure. Originally from Serbia, he moved to South Africa in 1992 and launched his first real estate venture in 1993.

As Founder and Group Executive of Maximum Group Holdings and Ariobex Holdings Group, Slaven leads operations across property development, smart infrastructure, renewable energy, and tech innovation. His technology division drives progress in FinTech, AgriTech, cybersecurity, and blockchain. Slaven is the founder of the Mega Projects Developers Association of South Africa and the visionary behind Conscious Property Alchemy and RDP 2.0 – Connected Societies. These models integrate sustainability, digital innovation, and inclusive community upliftment.

He leads and supports the delivery of cloud solutions for clients across various industries and technology domains in Africa, leveraging his expertise in cloud transformation, digital transformation, business intelligence, big data, and generative AI. He is a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert with multiple Cloud, SAFe, and project management certifications. He is passionate about driving innovation and value for clients and empowering his team to execute projects flawlessly. He has extensive knowledge of cloud and best principles and practices and is always eager to learn new technologies and skills.
